During the Vidhan Sabha session, the Finance Minister highlighted Punjab’s remarkable achievement under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund (AIF) scheme. The state has been recognized as the “Best Performing State” for the year 2023-24 in implementing the AIF scheme, which aims to strengthen agricultural infrastructure across the country. This recognition reflects Punjab’s continuous efforts in promoting agri-based projects, supporting farmers, and enhancing rural infrastructure to boost the agricultural economy.
