Under the Developed Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan, 2025, World Environment Day is being celebrated on 5.6.2025 by Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana and ICAR, Attari, Zone-1, Ludhiana at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Patiala (Rauni) of Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. The Chief Guest of this event will be Hon’ble Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Minister of Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Rural Development, Government of India and Shri. M.L. Jat, Director General, Indian Council of Agricultural Research will be its Special Guest.
